Kim Hill speaking again. He has been begging not for them to get body cameras, but to just put it on the agenda for debate. One councilman said he would personally put it on the agenda, but after others got to him he went back on his promise. The whole community is asking and begging for body cameras for the police. The city is spending untold tens of millions of dollars building Taj Mahals, but cannot scrape the money together for a body camera program.
