Andrew proposes raising the president's salary to $4 million a year (which is a 10x raise as the prez now receives $400,000 annually. However with that salary they are no longer allowed to take speaking fees and other board opportunities during or after their presidency... thus eliminating the human nature incentives to take money for personal gain. Let's put framework in to make sure the President is working for the people and not other special interests.
