Camp stove cylinders are easily refilled. 1lb bottles for camping or for torches Get this adapter: http://amzn.to/1NDGnV1 Temperature difference is the key to get maximum fill. A freezer temp (0-20F) 1lb cylinder and a room temp plus (80F) large tank will give a 90-95% fill. The tanks in the video weren't optimal temps at 40F and 65F due to time it takes to do the videoing process. Do not pull the side relief valve to gain a small amount more of propane like some show in their videos. This makes a virtually safe and uneventful practice into a potentially dangerous one. This easily causes overfilling. Overfilling even slightly can and does cause a cylinder to bulge and potentially explode. After a fill DO NOT not refreeze the small cylinder and attempt top off to gain a little more, this also overfills the cylinder. Be happy with 80-95% fill with using the method shown as you can do it as many times as you like. Freeze small cylinders 1 time, fill and be done. Use common sense and don't use dented, rusted or damaged cylinders.
